原子力にたよらない世界をめざして、杉並を中心とした市民が立ちあがりました。 原子力発電所はもういらない！ わたしたちは、その一点において、広くゆるくつながった「有象無象」です。世代も、仕事も、会社も、国籍も、組織も関係なし。ひとりひとりが自分の声をもつ、みんなちがって当たりまえの個人です。
自分たちの使う電気がどこから来るかに無関心すぎた、訴えてきたけれど力が足りなかった、あるいは、知っていたのに見て見ぬふりをしてきたことを悔やむ——ひとりひとりにそれぞれの理由があり、そこから「脱原発」を求めます。
わたしたちの子ども、孫、そのまた孫の未来を脅かしてはならない。放射能に家を追われた人、残ることを選んだ人、福島の原発事故現場で被曝しながら作業をつづける人たちを忘れてはならない。放射能で大地を汚すな。痛みを分かち合い、開かれた議論の場をつくろう！ と、訴えたいことはたくさんありますが、全部ここでは言い切れない。
けれども、これだけは言いたい。
すべての原発のすみやかな停止を！ 再稼働をぜったいに許さない！
原水爆禁止署名運動発祥の地、杉並区からわたしたちは新たに声をあげます。
若い衆も大先輩も、商店主もサラリーマンも母ちゃんも父ちゃんも、素人の乱やTwitterデモや西荻ゆるデモの参加者も、いろんな政党もいっしょくた。
われら杉並の「有象無象」、原発のない社会をめざし、しぶとく、しつこく、むやみやたらと手を結んで、訴えつづけていきます！
2月19日（日）、わたしたちの初めてのデモが高円寺「蚕糸の森公園」から出発します。 サウンドカーあり、阿波踊りやエイサーあり、太鼓隊あり。お散歩カーの赤ちゃん隊も。まさになんでもありのにぎやかなデモになりそうです。
見にきてください。歩いてください。プラカードをもって声をあげてください。

NO MORE NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS!
Join our February 19 protest against nuclear power.
A group of citizens located around the Suginami-ku area has joined forces to share their common desire for a future that does not rely on nuclear energy. We call ourselves “Uzomuzo”, which means the masses, or the rabble; we welcome members regardless of age, profession, employer, nationality or organizational affiliations. Each of us is an individual with something to say: for too long, we were unconcerned about where the electricity we used came from; we lacked the capacity to do anything about government policy; maybe we now regret that we knew it was problematic but looked the other way. Whatever our individual reasons are, we have now banded together to demand an end to the use of nuclear energy. We will not allow this threat to the futures of our children, our grandchildren, and the generations to follow them. The world must not forget the people of Fukushima who had to leave their homes because of the radiation, those who made the choice to stay there, and those who have been exposed to radiation but continue to work at the accident site.
We can no longer continue to contaminate our earth with radiation. We must share the pain of our people, and establish an open dialogue. At the core of our numerous claims is this: we must abandon nuclear energy. Immediately. The off-line reactors must not be restarted. Here in Suginami-ku, where Japan’s movement against atomic and hydrogen bombs was born in 1954, we are standing up once again so that our voices will be heard.
You are invited to Uzoumuzo’s first demonstration on the 19th of February. We will depart from Sanshi-no Mori Park (蚕糸の森公園) in Koenji. There will be musicians. There will be Awa-Odori dancers, Okinawa Eisa dancers, there will be taiko drummers. There will be mothers wheeling their babies. And in this lively, friendly atmosphere we will march on behalf of something very important. You are welcome to come and cheer us on. You are even more welcome to walk with us and raise a placard with us. Raise your voice with us.
Whether or not you live in Suginami-ku, we hope you will join us on the 19th of February at Sanshi-no Mori Park (Koenji) from 13:00.
원자력에 의지하지 않는 세계를 목표로, 스기나미를 중심으로 시민들이 일어 섰습니다. 원자력 발전소는 이제 필요 없다! 우리는 이 한 점에 널리 느슨하게 연결된 “有象無象”입니다. 세대도, 일도, 회사도, 국적도, 조직도 관계 없음.
개개인이 자신의 목소리를 가진, 모두 다른 것이 당연한 개인입니다.
자신들이 사용하는 전기가 어디에서 오는가에 너무 무관심하였고, 호소해 왔는데 힘이 부족했다, 또는 알고 있었는데 보고도 못 본 척 온 것을 후회한다 – 개개인에게는 각각의 이유가 있고 거기에서 “탈 원전”을 요구합니다.
우리 아이, 손자, 또 그 손자의 미래를 위협해서는 않된다. 방사능으로 집을 쫓겨난 사람, 남아있기를 선택한 사람, 후쿠시마 원전 사고현장에서 피폭 당하면서 작업을 계속하는 사람들을 잊지 말아야 한다. 방사능으로 대지를 더럽혀서는 않된다. 고통을 나누고 열린 토론회를 만들자! 라고 호소하고 싶은 것은 많이 있지만, 전부 여기서는 단언할 수 없다.
그러나, 이것만은 말하고 싶다.
모든 원전의 신속한 정지를!, 재가동을 절대 허락하지 않는다!
